Opt for beaded tie backs which reflect a similar style as your chandeliers to bring a sense of cohesion to the room. Little details such as this will show that you have taken care over the design style of the room and not just simply brought a mish-mash of odd pieces of furnishings and thrown them together in the hope that the end result will look good!

I need a colour that will match dark purple?

I really need some help choosing a colour for my bedroom walls. I have dark purple voile curtains and a dark purple bedspread and would like a colour that would match the two of them. I don't want a colour that would make my room look too girly or young, I would like a more elegant/stylish look. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Sage green will look very elegant. Buy an area rug with both colors in it to pull your look together. Pick an accent color, like a pale pink or blood red. Buy toss pillows, accessories, candles and maybe a throw in your accent color. I promise it will look amazing, stylish, elegant and unique.
