What clothes can i wear to show off my navy/fuchsia scarf?

Scarf is a Shanghai Tang "double fish" scarf, navy on one side and the brightest fuchsia on the other. It's very long and warm and very beautiful. I guess i'll have to buy an outfit to wear with it as nothing i own matches it. Maybe i can make do with very dark blue jeans and a navy top? I don't like matching navy with black. The pink is so bright that i'd hate to add more color to the outfit, will prob end up looking like an amazonian bird. Any help will be greatly appreciated, I've had this scarf for 4 years now and haven't used it a single time, hoping to change that this winter. Oh, I hardly have formal occasions to go to, so long dresses are out.

A white or cream sweater with dark blue jeans would look great with that scarf, which sounds beautiful by the way. Or, dark blue jeans with a light blue sweater and a white jacket plus the scarf on top would be an amazing look. I think white would really "show off" the scarf, but if you want to do color, it should be a shade that stays in the same color family as the navy or fuchsia so that it's not too crazy.
